Bank of Africa Madagascar was struggling with long queues at its branches, which hurt customer service and reduced branch productivity.

Working closely with EO Solutions, we designed and implemented a custom deposit solution: collaborating with the bank’s IT, electronic payments, and marketing teams, building a detailed technical and financial proposal, running a proof of concept, then deploying in full with weekly check-ins.
